TAC proposes to actively participate in broader social activities in Coimbatore — from city-level community events to inter-community initiatives that strengthen bonds between Telugu residents and the wider population of this great city.
Charitable Assistance
We are committed to extending a helping hand beyond our membership. TAC will organise and contribute to charitable drives, relief support, and welfare assistance for those in need — in the true spirit of giving that defines Telugu culture.
Education Support
Expanding scholarship programmes, coaching assistance, and mentorship to benefit not just members' children but also deserving students from the broader Telugu-speaking community in and around Coimbatore.
Nonprofit & Non-political
TAC will always remain a nonprofit, non-political organisation. Every rupee raised goes towards community benefit. We do not affiliate with any political ideology — our only allegiance is to our community and to Coimbatore.
The Dream — A Community Hall & Club
One of our most cherished long-term aspirations is to identify a suitable location in Coimbatore and establish a dedicated Telugu Community Hall and Club — a permanent home for our association and a landmark for the Telugu community in this city.
This space will serve as a venue for cultural events, meetings, youth programmes, and community gatherings. A special highlight of the proposed club will be a restaurant specialising in authentic Andhra cuisine — bringing the rich flavours of Telugu kitchens to Coimbatore, and creating a space where every member feels truly at home.
